Al Ratcliff, 73, passed away September 7, 2023. Visitation will be Friday, September 15, 2023 at 9:30 am with funeral service at 10:30 am at Park Lawn Funeral Home, 8251 Hillcrest Rd, Kansas City, Missouri; burial will follow at Stony Point Cemetery, Kansas City, Kansas.
Al was born December 29, 1949 in Jasper, Alabama to M.T. and Audrey Helen Ratcliff. He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother, Mack Ratcliff, and his wife Sharon Ratcliff.
He leaves behind his children Gwyn Valverde (Marco), Brian Ratcliff; step-children Jackie Simmons and Richard McCombs; a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sisters Rita Colborn and Kay Alexander and a number of nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to American Heart Association.
