Obituary

Beverly Joyce McGrath, born May 4, 1942, passed away peacefully on August 31, 2026, leaving behind a loving family and a lifetime of memories.

Beverly was the daughter of Jim and Gladys Reeves. She graduated from William Chrisman High School and went on to build a long and dedicated working career. She was a longtime employee of Armco/GST Steel and later spent more than 15 years working at Milbank Manufacturing.

Family was an important part of Beverly’s life. She is survived by her loving husband, Michael McGrath; her daughter, Dana Gicinto; her step-daughters Jennifer Snedden and Erin McGrath and her step-son Jason McGrath and her sisters, Barbara Beresford and Teresa Cromwell. Beverly was also a proud grandmother to 10 grandchildren, a great-grandmother to 12 great-grandchildren, and a great-great-grandmother to one great-great-grandchild. Beverly was proceeded on death by her first husband Richard (Dick) Newport, her daughter Susan Gorman and her grandson Tyler Siebenmorgan and her half-sisters Jean Johnson and Carol Hain.

Beverly will be remembered for the love she gave to her family, the many years she devoted to her work, and the memories she created with those around her. She was also a lifelong Elvis Presley fan, a passion that remained a special part of her life throughout the years.

Her family will cherish the memories of Beverly and the love, strength, and presence she brought into their lives. Though she is no longer with them, her memory will live on through her husband, children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchild, sisters, and all who knew and loved her.

She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
