In Loving Memory of Bobbi Jean Miller Fackler

On December 3, 1969, in Bloomington, Indiana, a bright light entered this world in the form of Bobbi Jean Miller Fackler. On September 6, 2025, that same light did not go out—it was simply passed on into the hearts of all who loved her.

Bobbi’s greatest joy in life was her family. She was a devoted and loving mother to Nick Fackler, Andrew Miller, and Joshua Hubbard—her pride, her purpose, her heart’s treasures. To her six beautiful grandchildren—Ameriah, Dylan, Aubry, Uriah, Chloey, and Evelyn—she was not only “Grandma,” but a safe place, a guiding hand, and the source of so much love and laughter.

She was the cherished daughter of Shirley Dewolf and the late Alferd Lawson. Bobbi shared lifelong bonds with her brothers and sisters: Ronald Lang, Eddie Lawson, Linda Lawson, Dottie smith, and Vickie martin who will continue to carry her memory forward; and Roy Lang, Al Lawson Jr., and Cathy Beamgard, who now welcome her with open arms in Heaven. Each relationship was a thread woven into the fabric of her life, filled with love, laughter, and treasured memories.

Bobbi’s life was not only about the people she loved, but also the passions that brought her joy. She found peace in fishing, creativity in arts and crafts, and delight in collecting jewelry. She loved music, and her days were often brightened by singing and dancing to her favorite songs. She had a lifelong passion for cars, appreciating both their beauty and their power. Bobbi had a tender heart for animals and adored her beloved cat, Pow Pow, as well as her grandpups, Abby and Frankiee, who were constant sources of love and companionship.

Above all, Bobbi was a free spirit. She lived life on her own terms, embracing every moment with boldness, joy, and authenticity. Her presence was a comfort, her smile a gift, and her love a legacy that will continue to live on.

She leaves behind a family bound together by her love, and friends who will forever carry her in their hearts. Though our world feels dimmer without her, we find peace in knowing her light shines on—in the faces of her children, the laughter of her grandchildren, and the many lives she touched with kindness.
