Charlene Hollingsworth, 90, was born May 18, 1934, in Kansas City, Kansas, to Charles Cummings and Erline Smith. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Bob Hollingsworth; son, John Totton; nephew, Phillip Totton. 

Charlene attended Loretto Academy and completed 2 years of college. She worked as a manager at Southwestern Bell until retirement. 

Charlene loved to travel, study history, attend live theater performances and music. She also really loved and enjoyed the holidays.

Charlene departed this life on Saturday, November 23, 2024, in Grandview, Missouri. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. 

Charlene is survived by; sons, Douglas Totton (Cindy) and Michael Hollingsworth; daughters, Christi VanBuskirk (Richard) and Cheri Beitling (Steve), 9 grandchildren,13 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren and a host of nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.

After the service, friends are invited to join the family for memory sharing and refreshments at the home of Christi VanBuskirk.
