Chase Daniel Smith

Chase Daniel Smith, "Bubba" of Harrisonville, Missouri passed away at home on Friday November 8, 2024. Chase was born on Wednesday, October 1, 2008, in Kansas City, Missouri to his beloved father and mother Ryan and Josephine Smith.

Chase was a treasure to anyone who had the blessing to meet him. He would help anyone in need, leaving whatever he was doing to come to your aid. Chase loved basketball and being active, always going to the basketball court to play with anyone who was around. He made friends with anyone and everyone, no matter your past or situation. He read to children at Harrisonville schools, as well as help kids in class and around all of Harrisonville. No one was left feeling alone when he was around. 

Chase is survived by his mother Josephine Smith, his sisters Halie Nicole Clinton and Marissa Jo Smith, his niece Sophia Rae Lynn Wise, his grandparents Carole Joyce Buckley and Charles Kenneth Buckley and Melissa Jane Attebury, his uncle Charles Anthony Buckley, as well as many great aunts and uncles, and many cousins that all loved him tremendously.

Preceded in death by father Ryan Joseph Smith, by brother William Anthony Smith, by Uncle Richard Michael Buckley, by paternal grandmother Gwenda North, by great grandparents Charles William and Rose Buckley and William H. and Mildred Chamberlain.

Visitation will be Friday, November 15, 2024 from 6-8 PM at the Funeral Home, Funeral Service will be Saturday, November 16, 2024 at 10 AM all at the Park Lawn Funeral Home 8251 Hillcrest Rd. Kansas City, Missouri 64138. Please share messages and condolences below.
