Cynthia Louise Graves, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away on March 17, 2025, at the age of 76. Born on March 28, 1948, in Kansas City, Missouri, Cindy was the daughter of Elma Pearson and Byron Taylor. She was raised by her mother and stepfather, Paul Pearson.

Professionally, she worked as a Pharmacy Tech, Real Estate Agent, and Emergency Medical Technician. Her last career move found her at the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office, where she served as a Deputy Sheriff for 21 years. She retired from the Sheriff’s Office with the rank of Lieutenant in 2005.
She will be deeply missed, but her memories of her kindness and love for her family and friends will live on.
