David Anthony Carboneau

          David Anthony Carboneau, 66, of the Kansas City Northland, passed away October 9, 2023, at his home.

          Dave was born May 6, 1957, at Chateaudun AFB, France, the eldest of four children of Ralph Wallace and Ann Elizabeth (McCloskey) Carboneau.  Along with his parents, Dave was preceded in death by his wife, Tracy Lane (Choate) Carboneau, and brother, Robert Carboneau. Dave worked 40 years as an electrician at KCI Airport before he retired. 

          Survivors include a son, Justin Cole (Michelle); step-children, Marcus Wisdom, Mandy Choate Krebs (Dameon) and Erin Wisdom; grandchildren, Addison, Ethan, Westray, Christopher, and Delanie; great grandchildren, Traecen and Ahmon; siblings, Gregory Carboneau (Julie) and Lisabeth Rosenbloom (Mitchell deceased); nephews and niece, Michael Carboneau, Mark Carboneau, Adam Rosenbloom and Daly Rosenbloom; as well as other family members and many friends and riding and hunting buddies. 

          Visitation will begin at 2:00 pm, followed by a celebration service at 3:00 pm, on Friday, October 27, at Park Lawn Northland Chapel, 1640 North State Route 291, Liberty, MO.  Private burial in Resurrection Cemetery. 

          In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Wounded Warrior Project (https://support.woundedwarriorproject.org), the National Multiple Sclerosis Society (https://secure.nationalmssociety.org), or the American Cancer Society for Pancreatic Cancer Research                                  (https://donate.cancer.org > donate > today).
