Donna J. Donner

Donna Jean Donner, 80, of Missouri city Missouri, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by loved ones, on June 5, 2025.

Donna was born November 16, 1944 in Winchester, Kansas to the late Lawrence and Nellie Adams. She was the oldest of eight children, four who have preceded her in death. Donna was married to the late George Donner Sr on June 9, 1963. George and Donna went on to have three children, Jackie, Cheryl, and George Jr.

Donna devoted her life to Christ at an early age and was an active member of the church regularly. She enjoyed working at the church as a secretary. When she retired she continued to praise the Lord attending The Call Church in Liberty, Mo and wherever she went. Donna was a devoted Christian and enjoyed helping others. Donna enjoyed spending time with family and friends, she was spunky, love to have a good time and to play jokes on others. She also devoted her time to helping raise her grandson Nahshon, who has also preceded her in death.

Donna leaves behind two children Jackie of Missouri city, Missouri and George Jr (Teri) of Lawrence Kansas. eleven grandchildren, LaChelsa (Will), James, Kala, Taylor (Stormy), Megan, Nicole, Brison, Austin, Thomas, Dyamond, and Alisha (Matt). Nine great grand children, Keith, Blane, LaJeanna, Kaylee, Destiny, Ryker, Kyler, Serenity, and Brian. Three sisters, Doris, Darlene (George) and Lorraine, along with many other family and friends.

She was preceded in death by, her parents: Lawrence and Nellie Adams, her husband: George Donner Sr, her daughter and grandson: Cheryl Reppy and Nahshon Donner Reppy. Her sister: Ruth Cheek, her brothers: Rusty Adams, Billy Jo Adams, and Alfred Elkins.

Funeral services will be 11:00am Friday, June 27, 2025 at the Park Lawn Funeral Home, 1640 Route 291 Highway, Liberty, MO 64068.  Interment will be in the Missouri City Cemetery,  Missouri City, MO.
