Elsie Downing, 87, passed October 22, 2019. Visitation 1PM, service 2PM, Saturday, October 26 at Park Lawn, 8251 Hillcrest Rd.; burial in Memorial Park. Elsie was preceded in death by her husband Lloyd R. Downing and daughter Debra Lynn Downing. Survivors include her children: son Dave Downing and wife Sharon, son Bob Downing and wife Bessie, son Eric Downing; five grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
