Debra “Missy” Gant

Debra Michelle (Buell) Gant, "Missy", 47, of the Kansas City Northland, passed away December 8, 2018, at home with family and her fur-babies at her side. She was born January 11, 1971, in Kansas City, MO and graduated from Grandview High School.

Missy was preceded in death by her father, Steve Buell; and sister, Tina Craig. Survivors include her husband, Aaron; mothers, Patty Buell and Mona Buell; children, Ashlee Gant (Jordan Moore) and Tyler Gant (Marie); grandchildren, Justin, Taylor and a granddaughter due in February; grandmother, Berniece Buell; Tina's children, Ally, Zach and Alex; step-sister, Karen Gazaway (Larry); step-brother, Kelly Ray; as well as other family members and many friends. She will be greatly missed by all.

Missy was a two-time lung transplant recipient. Therefore, in lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Midwest Transplant Network.

Visitations will be held from 5-8 pm Friday, December 14, and 9:30-11 am Saturday, December 15, with a service celebrating Missy's life following at 11:00 am Saturday, all at Park Lawn Northland Chapel, I-35 at State Route 291, Liberty, MO.
