Geraldine June Bailey Age 92

Geraldine (Jerry) June Bailey, 92, of Oak Grove, MO, passed away peacefully on February 2, 2026,

Born on September 6, 1933, in Baltimore Maryland, to the late Thurman Edens and Gladys

Sue Street, Jerry was an only child and spent most of her life in Kansas City.

Jerry enjoyed her career with the IRS and sold Avon for many years, retiring in 2004. She was passionate about reading.

She is survived by:

• Children: Sue Wohlford (Dave) of Oak Grove, MO; Mark Bailey (Tracy) of Lee’s Summit, MO; Jeff Bailey (Debbie) of Lee’s Summit, MO.

• Grandchildren: Chris, Amie, Michael (Magen), Brandy (Wayne), Josh (Rachel), Stephanie, Kara (Jim), Jared (Kirstin), Brittany (Ryan), Cole, Felix (Briana), Miles, Shayla, Kiya, and Mia.

• Great-grandchildren: Tony, Dakota, Preston, Gillian, Bella, Liam, Kyler, Keilee, Miley, Jenson, Elijah, Roman, Brooklynne, Waylen, Colette, Bennett, Sophia, Eden, Jude, Watson, Palmer, Sonora, Lucy, and Lottie,

• Great-Great-grandchildren: David, Gabriella, Elias, Harper, Rohen, and Colson.

A memorial service will be held at Park Lawn Funeral Home, 8251 Hillcrest Road, KCMO 64138 on February 9th Visitation at 10:00 a.m., Memorial service at 11:00 a.m., graveside immediately following the service.
