George Clifford "Cliff" Harper, age 68, of the Kansas City Northland went to be with Jesus on December 18, 2021 at North Kansas City Hospital.

Cliff was born February 17, 1953 in Springfield, MO. He graduated from Kearney Senior High School in Missouri and later received his Bachelor's degree from Northwest Missouri State University in Maryville. Cliff was united in marriage to Cynthia Jane Stockbridge on May 21, 1977.

He was an Ordained Deacon at Pleasant Valley Baptist Church and was also an Eagle Scout and member of the Tribe of Mic-O-Say. Cliff faithfully served his church and community until his death. His passions included watching all sports, especially the Chiefs and Royals, camping with his grandsons, and never passing up a good deal at an auction.

Cliff was preceded in death by his father, Carl A. Harper; mother, Virgie Spain; and an infant daughter, Emily Ann Harper.

Survivors include his wife of 44 years, Cynthia; and daughter and son-in-law, Katie and Rob Norris. He was Papa to two adoring grandsons, Logan and Austin. Cliff also leaves siblings and their families; and countless friends.
