Herbert Wayne Williams

Herbert Wayne Williams, 76, of Independence, Missouri passed away unexpectedly September 30, 2025, surrounded by family.

He was born April 18, 1949, to Edward and Lesia (Sheppard) Williams and attended Eldorado Springs High School.

Herbert was a devout Christian, loving the lord and his family most of all. His gentle and kind soul is shown through his wife, daughters, and grandchildren. He enjoyed traveling with friends and family, hunting, fishing, and of course, the Kansas City CHIEFS.

Herbert is preceded in death by his parents and 9 brothers and sisters.

He is survived by his loving wife Bobbie, daughters Tonya Herbst, April (Mike) Boyd Lesia (Mike) Farris, and Adina Penny, 13 grandchildren, and 18 great-grandchildren, as well as other extended family and friends.
