Born in Detroit, Michigan, in 1927, Jacqueline was the daughter of Elmer and Loretta (Hayes) Heany. Known for her culinary talents, she often entered and won recipe contests, a testament to her creativity and joy in the kitchen.

She loved bowling and cherished time with her family at their lake house in the Ozarks—a place filled with laughter, memories, and love.
