Jeff Guillory, Jr. was born to Annie E. Webb and Jeff Guillory, Sr., in Whiteville, Louisiana. He was baptized at an early age. Jeff worked on the family farm with his dad and grandfather, Jewell Guillory. 

He met and married Delores Jean Hurts. From this union, they had five children. He later remarried and had one daughter. He also later had a son. 

Jeff was hard worker, sometimes working three jobs to take care of his family. Jeff retired from Ford Motor Company after 35 years of service. He owned a lawn service and two restaurants. He loved old westerns, hunting, fishing, cooking and the casino

Jeff was preceded in death by his mother and father, sisters Annie Bell Gauther, Lula Mae Floyd, Rose Mae McCree, Edna Mae Lockett, and Elizabeth Cooper, two grandchildren Ronald Guillory and Jeremey Guillory.

He leaves to cherish his memory, Delores Hurts Guillory-Smith, Ellen, Jennifer, Jeff III, Jackie, Lessie, Alonda, (Pricilla), and Jewell (Nina), grandchildren Valeria, Elizabeth, Sentale, Sentara, great grandchildren, Matthew, Rhema, Josiah, Tamara-Ann, Damore, Isabella, Ava Mae, Wyatt, and Braylan Sentale, Jr., sisters Rosezina Bell, Odessa Wallace, Gaynell Cooper, Loulene Arvie, Lou Chapman, and many other relatives and friends.
