Bertha I. Jeffers, 96, passed away July 30, 2018. Bertha was born September 17, 1921 in El Dorado, KS to Hick B. and Ella (Hickman) Taylor. She was preceded in death by her husband, three sons and many other family members. Bertha will be fondly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
