Kathryn Mayes

Kathryn was born May 22, 1920, to Y.L. and Bonnie Wilson of Monett, MO. She married John Mayes on January 15, 1944, and were together until his death in 2014. They raised their family initially in Kansas City, MO, but eventually settled in Blue Springs MO. Kathryn leaves her daughter Linda (Bob) Hadel of Spring Hill, KS; grandchildren Matthew (Beth) Hadel of Kansas City, KS, and Rachel (Joey) Lewis of Clearwater, KS; grandchild Audrey Hadel; niece Bonnie (Jim) Mackey of Bainbridge Island, WA; and close friend, Jody Randall of Blue Springs. Graveside services will be held on December 3, 2024, at 10:00 am at the Blue Springs Cemetery. Blue Springs MO.
