Kelly Phillips, 70, of Independence, Missouri passed away peacefully on Friday, September 5, 2025, after a long illness. She was born December 25, 1954, in Independence Missouri, the daughter of the late Willard and Anna (Lewis) Hazelrigg.
She leaves behind her husband of 28 years, Jerry Phillips, her son Tom (Carolyn) Overfelt grandchildren Katrina and Grant; 2 sisters Melissa (Rick) Hartley and Susan Hewitt, she also leaves behind her nephews, nieces, aunts, cousins, friends and her beloved fur babies.
