Phyllis Marie Kirch, 71, passed away September 3, 2018. Memorial services will be 3PM, Saturday, September 8 at Foxwood Springs Holmes Hall; private burial in Green Lawn Cemetery.
Phyllis was born to Marlan and Geraldine Kirch on March 13, 1947 in Wilmington, DE. She is survived by sisters Donna Gharst and Linda Funk; brother Marlan Kirch, Jr.; and many nieces and nephews.
