Kurtis Steven Beyer, Sr.

Kurtis Steven Beyer, Sr., 66, of Lee’s Summit, MO passed away peacefully on Monday, May 12, 2025, at home. He was born on November 29, 1958, in Kansas City, MO. Kurtis was preceded in death by his wife, Cindy Beyer, his son, Steven Beyer, Jr., his father, John Hern Beyer and his mother, Ila Jean Beyer.

He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Holly and Luke Borst; his granddaughter, Cindy Borst; and his brother and sister-in-law, Tim and Donna Mays.

Kurtis worked as a mechanic for fifty years. He and Cindy were married for 32 years. Together they had 2 children. Kurtis loved being a grandfather above all else. Kurtis was always happy to lend a helping hand.

In lieu of flowers, Kurtis asks that a donation be made in his name to the Grandview Assistance Program
