Laura Marie Williams 92, of Lincoln, Missouri, passed away at Delmar Gardens of Creve Couer, Missouri surrounded by a caring staff and loving family on April 16th 2023 after declining organ failure and severe dementia. She was the daughter of John R. Cossins and Lona M. (Poland) Cossins of Morrisville, Missouri. Laura was born on May 7th 1930 in Morrisville, Missouri.

Laura was preceded by her parents John R. and Lona M. Cossins of Morrisville, Missouri, her husband Laurence E. Williams of Lincoln, Missouri, her step son Laurence K. Williams of Overland Park, Kansas, her sons John Howard Reppert of Fair Play, Missouri, James G. Reppert of Independence, Missouri, son in law Joe R. Seward II of Odessa, Missouri, daughter in law Nellie Sue Reppert of Fair Play, Missouri, grandsons Joe R. Seward III of Odessa, Missouri, Glen C. Reppert of Fair Play, Missouri, great grandaughter Abigale Seward of Odessa, Missouri and great great grandson Kyrie Chavez of Odessa, Missouri.

She is survived by sons Lawrence G (Kay) Reppert of St. Louis, Missouri, Kenneth V. (Debbie) Reppert, David L. (Debbie) Potts, and  Francis A. Potts, all of Independence, Missouri, daughter Mary L. Seward of Odessa, Missouri, and step daughters Karen (Larry) Flint of Lees Summit, Missouri and Debbie (Mark) Buckle of Sterling, Kansas. She was very proud of the fact that she and Larry had 10 children, 24 grandchildren, 42 great grandchildren, and 19 great great grandchildren.

Laura lived in Independence, Missouri until her retirement from Childrens Mercy Hospital in 1988. She moved to Warsaw, Missouri in 1989 in Shady Shores and Lincoln, Missouri area.

Laura was a 39 year member of the American Legion Auxiliary post 499 of Blue Springs, Missouri. Her hobbies included sewing, crocheting, and multiple crafts, puzzles and puzzle books. Her family, friends and hobbies brought her much joy. She loved making people smile.

She will be dearly missed and forever remembered.

Visitation will be 12PM, with services to follow at 1PM, Friday, April 21 at Park Lawn Funeral Home, 8251 Hillcrest Rd., Kansas City, Missouri; burial in Green Lawn Cemetery.
