Charles Edward Lee, “Cheddie”, 79, of Pleasant Valley, MO, passed away December 6, 2022, at Liberty Hospital, surrounded by family.
Cheddie was born March 7, 1943, in Kansas City, MO, the son of Charles A. Lee and Dorothy Grace Long Lee. He graduated from North Kansas City High School. He worked as a Maintenance Electrician for Griffin Wheel before he retired.
Cheddie’s parents preceded him in death. Survivors include his wife, Gloria Jean Lee; children, Jeanene Willich (Andy), Shannon Lee (Tane), Tammy Jones (Jessie), Bryan Lee (Misty), Regina Rounds (Billy), Sherry Ringer and Micheal Lee (Samantha); 14 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. He also leaves his brother, Hubert Lee (Brenda), nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
A graveside service will be held at 3:00 pm Friday, December 9, at Glenridge Cemetery, Liberty, MO. Memorials are suggested to KC Pet Project.
