Mark Philip McGinnis, 63, of Lathrop, passed away March 17, 2020 at NorthCare Hospice House. He was born June 17, 1956, in St. Joseph, MO, the youngest of eight children of Raymond and Ella
(Phillips) McGinnis. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by five siblings. Survivors include sisters, Sarah Martin, Judith Green, and many nieces and nephews.
