Michael John Murphy

Michael John Murphy was born on March 12, 1954, in Kansas City, MO, USA. He was called home to be with the Lord February 27, 2023.

A Celebration of Life service at Northland Cathedral will be held on Tuesday, March 14, 2023, at 6pm with visitation beginning at 4:30pm.

Michael was the oldest of four. He was preceded in death by father, Kenneth W. Murphy and mother, Mary C. Murphy.

Survivors include Michael’s two sons, Michael and John and their mother Tonya; brothers, Matthew and Joseph; sister Della; niece Lisa; nephew Chris; and among numerous grandchildren, Virginia and Lincoln and their mother Tara.

Michael worked at Gary Crossley Ford since 2008, having spent over 40 years in the car business from Village Auto Sales to Jack Miller. He loved his Lord and his family, and they love him and miss him very much.
