Nancy Ann Braile

Nancy A. Braile, age 74, of Independence, Missouri passed away on Sunday, January 4, 2026. She was born in 1951, grew up in Kansas City, and graduated from Northeast High School. She accomplished a decades-long career as an administrative assistant with The Valspar Corporation. Thereafter, she worked at Comprehensive Mental Health Services for a few years.

Nancy enjoyed traveling and making crafts. She will be remembered for her caring and compassion, her love of family, friends and her cherished pets, and for her humorous storytelling and laughter. She had a big heart and brought joy to others. Our world will seem dimmer without her.

The daughter of Angelo and Eva (Bell) Braile, Nancy is survived by her son, Nicholas Braile; brother, Edward Braile and wife Cindy; nephews and loving extended family members.

A chapel service will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, January 9, 2026 at Park Lawn Funeral Home, 8251 Hillcrest Road, Kansas City, Missouri. Condolences may be sent by e-mail to Park Lawn at wecare@parklawnfh.com.
