Patrick M. Fales, of Independence, MO, passed away April 7, 2025, at the age of 56.
Patrick was born in Richmond, Missouri to Carl and Patricia (Reberry) Fales. He served in the U.S. Air Force.
He leaves behind sons; Andrew and Tim; sister, Carla Gomez (Mark), of Kansas City, MO; brothers: Allen Fales (Bonnie) Newport, Michigan; Jeffrey Fales of Independence, MO and Jamie Fales (Stacey) of Smithville, MO.
