Patricia "Patty" Neece, 81, of Independence, Missouri, passed away on Friday, September 27, 2024. She was born December 9, 1942, in Kansas City, Missouri.
Patty loved her family and all family time together, especially holidays. She loved her cats, especially her current cat, Kali. Patty was an avid bowler. She has bowled in leagues since she was a teen. One of her bowling highlights was participating in a tournament in Las Vegas.
She joined The International Order of Rainbow for Girls in the 60's, and then became a Mother Advisor in the late 70's. She was accepted into the Grand Cross of Color in 1963. She join The Order of Eastern Star, where she held many offices, including Worthy Matron in 1990 & 1995.
She retired from US Bank, working in the Trust Department as an Administrative Assistant for 15 years.
She is proceeded in death by her parents, Vincent and Maxine Neece.
She leaves behind two sisters, Irma Copenhaver (Frank) of Wausau, WI and Lora Taylor (Kenny) of Lee's Summit, MO. She had two nephews Edward Dills and Aaron Copenhaver and Two nieces, Ginnette Baker and Jane Curran. 7 great-nephews and 3 great-nieces with a great great-niece on the way.
