Randy Lynn Troutner

August 21, 1952 - July 8, 2026

Randy Lynn Troutner, 73, of Kansas City, MO, passed away peacefully at home on July 8, 2026. Randy was born in Kansas City, KS and in his early years moved to Cameron, MO, where he graduated from Cameron High School, before joining the United States Army.

Randy worked more than 30 years for ABF Freight System as a city driver. He also owned and operated R&R Heating & Cooling, Inc. with his wife. He enjoyed spending time camping, fishing, traveling and watching the KC Royals and Chiefs. He especially enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and going to their activities. He will be remembered for his love of family and friends.

Randy is preceded in death by his parents Roger and Betty Troutner, brother Ross Troutner and son Jeffrey Johnson. Randy is survived by his wife of 44 years Bobbie, daughters Kathleen (Louis) James, Mandy Conde and son Scott (Michelle) Johnson. He is also survived by his grandchildren Hailey, Chase, Trysta, Kayla, Gavin, Ashley, Zachary, Louis, Jr., Tiffanie, Austin and 6 great-grandchildren; brother Philip (Tammy) Troutner and many nieces and nephews.

As Randy wished, there will not be a memorial service. He has generously donated his body to the Willed Body Program at the University of Kansas School of Medicine to assist the medical students in their learning and research.
