Richard Leroy Reuscher

Richard Leroy Reuscher, 87, of Kansas City, Missouri, passed away on Wednesday, December 17, 2025. He was born February 12, 1938, in Kansas City, Missouri to the late Raymond H.W. Reuscher and Juanita M. McGuire.

Richard retired from General Motors after nearly 23 years of service. He then went on to retire from Guys Potato Chips for an additional 10 years. He was the kind of Dad who used few words but always was a support to his children, no matter what. Richard loved to spend time with family, loved to work on cars, and tinker around in the garage. Richard was always there to help with his children's DIY projects.

He is survived by his children Todd(Gina) Reuscher, Ryan(Angela) Reuscher and Ronica(Bob) Hastings; grandchildren: Ryan, Riah, Bryce, Avery, Sara and Steven. Great-Grandchildren: Olivia, Raven, Luka and two that will be here soon. He is also survived by his siblings Doris, Judy, Henry, and Debbie; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

In addition to his parents, Richard is preceded in death by James, Carol, Evelyn, and Sharon.

Visitation will be Monday, December 22, 2025, from 1 PM until time of service at 2 PM. At Park Lawn Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Green Lawn Cemetery. If you so desire, memorial contributions may be made to NorthCare Hospice.
