Funeral Service
A visitation will be held from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m., followed by the funeral service at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, March 13, 2026, at Bethany Fellowship of Kansas City (11202 MO Hwy 33, Liberty, MO 64068). Interment will follow at Glenridge Cemetery in Liberty, MO. In Bob's honor, the family kindly suggests that memorial contributions be made to Bethany Fellowship of Kansas City.
Robert Wayne Redman, 79, passed on March 5, 2026 in his home in Liberty, MO after a long battle with cancer.
He was born to Charlotte Patterson August 13, 1946 in St. Joseph, MO. He lived in Savannah, MO with mother and grandmother, Francis Lovelace, until, the age of 8. At this time his mother married Ronald Redman who adopted Bob and raised him as his own.
The Redman family moved to Maysville, MO when Bob was in 7th grade, where he met his future wife, Mary Eulinger on his first day of school. While in school, he excelled at all sports and played baseball in the summer. He worked in his father’s barber shop on weekends and later worked for the local grocery store and was hired help for several farmers in the area.
Bob married Mary Eulinger in 1964 and within four years they had their three oldest daughters followed 9 years later by their youngest daughter, and later their son.
In 1970, Bob moved the family to Marceline, MO where he owned and ran a convenience store. It was there that he met the Lord and was called to the Ministry. He began preaching and sharing his testimony at nursing homes and rural churches. He went on to pastor First Baptist Church in Unionville, MO and then moved to Kirksville, MO in 1974 where he was the Assistant Pastor at Hamilton Street Baptist Church. He later left the Baptist Church and began hosting a Bible Study in his home that planted the church, Lake Road Chapel in Kirksville.
Bob served as the administrator of Kirksville Manor Care and then began overseeing other facilitates for the Juckette family. He started Redman Consulting, LLC in 1990 and later moved the company to Liberty, MO. His wife Mary passed in 2004.
He married his wife Carolyn in 2005. The two of them spent their lives together enjoying their 18 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren and spending time at their second home in Las Vegas. He especially enjoyed participating in fantasy football tournaments with his family. They also served at Bethany Fellowship where Bob was an elder.
Bob is survived by his wife, his five children, 18 grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren.
A visitation will be held from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m., followed by the funeral service at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, March 13, 2026, at Bethany Fellowship of Kansas City (11202 MO Hwy 33, Liberty, MO 64068). Interment will follow at Glenridge Cemetery in Liberty, MO.
Bob’s memory will live in our hearts forever. We wish to express our sincere appreciation for the overwhelming love and support shown to us during this difficult time.
