Following his military service,Robin studied at Maple Woods Community College and Missouri Western State University, and had attended Raytown South High School. Robin then dedicated his career as an IT professional for the City of Kansas City, where he was known for his knowledge, dedication, and steady presence.
Outside of work, Robin was an avid fisherman and a talented craftsman. He found peace and joy in the outdoors and took pride in working with his hands. More than anything, he was a proud Father and a loyal friend.
He is survived by his sister, Jeannie Kunkelman. His daughter Jessica Samer and husband Curtis, along with their children Wyatt and Paxton. His son Cameron Kilbane and wife Carly. His son Bradley Kilbane and wife Morgan and many extended family members and friends that will all miss his dearly.
