Vicki Lynn Thornburg

Vicki Lynn Thornburg, 61, greeted her Savior on Sunday, June 2, 2019, at her home in Independence, MO.

Vicki was born August 22, 1957, to John Thornburg and June (Mick) Thornburg in Kansas City, MO. She graduated from Lathrop High School in 1975. Vicki worked for the Internal Revenue Service for 18 years, retiring in 2016 due to failing health.

Survivors include two sons, Edward Pratt Jr. of the home, and Christopher Pratt of Conroe, TX; brother, John (Diana) Thornburg of Kansas City, MO; sister, Debbie (Mike) Martin of Osawatomie, KS; two grandsons, and her dearest friend of 46 years, Suzi Heldenbrand.

Visitation will begin at 12 noon, followed by a service celebrating Vicki's life at 1:00 pm, on Saturday, June 8th, at Park Lawn Lathrop Chapel, 901 Clinton Street, Lathrop, MO. Interment at Lathrop Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Lathrop Cemetery Association.
