Wanda Rock, 87, passed away on August 10. 2023 at her home in Grandview, Missouri, she was born on September 26, 1935 in Cottonplant, Arkansas to Frank Ball and Joelene Livingston, She moved to New York City by way of Kansas City Missouri at an early age to be raised by her uncle and aunt, Frank and Thelma Livingston.
