He leaves behind wife, Colleen Zuck; Daughters: Cathy Fletcher (Tim), Dawn Blochberger (Sam), Sherrie Erickson (Scott), Linda Leach (Jerry); son: John Bardwell (Ron Bryan); ten grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and furry pet Elle. He was preceded in death by his father, mother and sister Sharon Swain. Bill, as he was known, was greatly loved and will be greatly missed by family and friends.

Visitation will be 10AM, with services to follow at 11AM, Friday, May 10 at Park Lawn Funeral Home, 8251 Hillcrest Rd., Kansas City, Missouri; burial in Memorial Park Cemetery.
