William (Billy) Wade Hartman passed away peacefully at home on June 28th, 2026. Billy was born July 4th, 1947, to Bill and Betty Hartman. He graduated from Grandview High School and attended a few years of college. He was known for his quiet kind heart. Billy was a very intelligent gentle man who was always there to help his family. He retired from Honeywell after 30 years of dedication. Billy spent thousands of hours volunteering his time to family genealogy. He was meticulous at keeping records involving family research. He spent a lot of his time volunteering in the Son’s of the American Revolution and spreading the history of the Revolutionary War. He enjoyed history, reading books, a cup of coffee, eating out, and word puzzles. He attended many school events for his nieces and nephews. He spent parts of his life traveling with a camping club while enjoying the United States scenery. Most of all, he enjoyed his quiet routine of life. He was a joy to our family and will greatly be missed.
