Wilma D. Rhoer

   Wilma D. Rhoer, 90, of Independence, MO, passed away Wednesday, February 14, 2024, in Lee’s Summit, MO.  Visitation will be from 1-2PM, followed by services at 2PM, Saturday, February 24, at Park Lawn Funeral Home, 8251 Hillcrest Rd, Kansas City, MO.  Burial to follow services in Green Lawn Cemetery, Kansas City, MO.  In Lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Wilma’s memory to The American Cancer Society.

   Wilma was born Friday, February 9, 1934, to Helena M. (Ford) and Otho L. Amos, in Kansas City, MO.  She graduated from Northeast High School, in Kansas City, MO.  Wilma worked for Helzberg Diamonds for 45 years, as a Diamondologist.

   Wilma is preceded in death by her parents; siblings Kenneth Amos and Beverly Saylor; grandsons Nicholas Robinson, Christopher Robinson and Deakin Robinson.  She is survived by her sons Jerry Robinson and Robert Rhoer; grandchildren Lisa Robinson-George (Stuart), Jerry Robinson III, Sara Robinson, Dustin Robinson (Heather), and Icie Rhoer; 16 great grandchildren; and 8 great-great grandchildren.
